Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the refund terms for Kin Tiam subscriptions. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

1. 14-day no-questions-asked refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, without giving a reason.

2. How to request a refund

Within that period, email [email protected] with the email used for the subscription and payment details (e.g. your Paddle receipt number). Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method per its process.

3. After 14 days

After 14 days, the current period’s charge is generally non-refundable; you may still cancel to avoid the next renewal charge. After cancelling you can use the Service until the end of the current period.

4. Add-ons & upgrades

Charges from mid-cycle upgrades or add-ons follow the same 14-day terms, counted from the date of that charge.

5. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the Merchant of Record for the Service, handling collection, taxes, invoicing and refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms may also apply depending on the case.
